At Through Construction, we believe a project is never just about bricks, shingles, or drywall — it’s about building trust, creating spaces that matter, and walking alongside people as they bring their vision to life.

We started TC to raise the bar for construction in El Paso, TX. Too often, homeowners and businesses settle for “good enough.” We knew El Paso deserved better — craftsmanship with attention to detail, honest communication, and a process that feels less like a headache and more like a partnership.

From restoring historic roofing buildings in our city to designing custom interiors — like a 10-foot bookshelf with a rolling ladder for a local family — our projects always begin the same way: listening. Whether it’s a kitchen that finally feels like home, a roof that protects what matters most, or a remodel that breathes new life into a space, we treat each build as if it were our own.

Our vision is simple: to see all that God can do and build through you. Construction is just the vehicle; what lasts is the encouragement, the reminder that your story isn’t finished and there’s always more ahead. Every nail, every tile, every design choice is a chance to reflect excellence and faith in something bigger than ourselves.

We’ve planted our roots here in El Paso because this city raised us — its homes, its churches, its businesses are part of our story. Now, we’re committed to giving back by creating places where families can grow, communities can gather, and memories can be made.

Backed by modern tools, deep industry knowledge, and over a decade of hands-on experience, we’re not just building for today. We’re building so the work will speak for itself decades from now.

One project. One family. One community at a time. That’s Through Construction.

Hello! My name is Levy Pentland, 33 years young, born and raised in the beautiful city of El Paso, TX. I love Jesus, fatherhood, family, fitness, exploring creative avenues, and I can’t run without a good cup of coffee or two. After many years working as an Office and Project Manager in construction and renovations across Texas—serving as a key component to a top-tier construction company in major cities such as Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, where I traveled to restore homes from the ground up that were devastated by hurricanes, tornadoes, and hailstorms, bringing life back to entire neighborhoods—I discovered a true passion for bringing ideas and concepts to life. The reward of adding value to people gave me both joy and fulfillment, which led me to commit to carrying those same standards of excellence and craftsmanship into my own city.

Out of that commitment, I founded Through Construction, where these values, skills, and attention to detail have translated into numerous successful projects, satisfied clients, and visions brought to reality. Growing up, my parents often said I would be an entrepreneur or someone with a unique role of influence because I encouraged and uplifted those around me, and even from elementary school I found myself becoming a natural deal maker. Over the years, those traits uncovered a deep love for being a gap-filler and adding value to others with what God has deposited in me. Today, I remain committed to those same lifelong values gained through my experiences, providing clients the guarantee of a well-rounded contractor, visionary, craftsman, and partner in every project we take on—because value is not just what we deliver, it’s who we are.

Core values

  • We believe big and start small.

Its about integrated priorities. No task is to big that disciplined and hard preparation cannot accomplish.

  • We can do more by doing less.

It’s about Focused Excellence. Learn, grow and be more in all of our developing areas to outperform limitations and challenges and provide the services our community deserves.

we keep each other accountable.

A Healthy body is as much important as a healthy mind and healthy work. We build each other through growing habits.

  • We honor one another.

Team has no “I” in it and we will keep it that way. We honor above, below and all around. Everyone matters.

  • We want to be known for what we are for.

We are a Faith-based business that not only beliefs in good quality construction work but builds around good quality Faith in unity. We never discriminate different beliefs. We want to be know for who we are, love base-business.

  • We are contributors, not consumers.

We don’t want to be the center of the show, we want to always be part of something greater and bigger than us.

  • We will not take this for granted.

It’s about Expressing Gratitude at all times. We are not here by luck, but by purpose. We don’t “have to” but we always “get to” be part of something greater and bigger than us.

your project makes a difference.

At Through Construction, building homes and businesses is only part of our mission — building up our city is the other. We believe in partnering with agents of change, local organizations, and especially the local church to see lasting impact in El Paso.

That’s why we joyfully give 10% of our profits back to a local church, knowing that every project we complete doesn’t just bless a client — it blesses our community. None of this would be possible without our clients. Your trust, your time, and your resources extend far beyond construction. They are part of a bigger story of generosity and hope.

From all of us at TC, thank you for letting us be part of your project — and for helping build something that lasts far longer than walls and rooftops.
